I was referred to your representative, Gwen by a very good friend of mine who has always spoken highly of her. He was spot on because it was my great pleasure to speak with her. As we discussed my family’s need for home owner’s insurance, I found Gwen to be personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We discussed auto insurance as well and when she was finished and provided me with a quote, I was absolutely shocked at the price she quoted for our home owner’s policy which was 58% lower than our home owner’s insurance quote from our then current company!?! The auto insurance she quoted was the same price which was competitive, but when combined with our home owner’s, we’re saving $2900 this year! (not a typo!🥳). I have loved having this office represent me. Every person i had contact with treated me with not just respect but sweetness. Any questions/concerns were immediately researched/addressed. Having worked 10 years in the insurance industry myself, I am somewhat cynical about the workings therein. But this office put me completely at ease, and I always trusted their advice.
